I remember years ago, (early to mid-80s?) when a local landowner instituted a modern-day tree-claim(ish) type program to get families with children to move to Antler, ND. The moral of the story is Antler barely remains a spot on the road map. With no industry or viable employment options to support a family, a small plot of land to build on is a moot point.
